These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the KiddeBudde Partner App, including the website (kiddebudde.com) ("Website"), the mobile application (“Application”), and all associated services and products (“Services”) offered by KiddeBudde Private Limited (“Company”, "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing or using the Website, Application, or Services as a Coach or Venue, you (“Coach”, "Venue", "You", "You're") agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Before using the Application, Website, or Services, please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Application, Website, or Services. Any access to our Services through registration or subscription is non-transferable.

2. Eligibility

To use the KiddeBudde Partner App, you must:

  • Be at least 19 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Partner Responsibilities

  • Coaching & Venue Listings: Partners must provide accurate details regarding their coaching services and venues, including availability, pricing, and amenities.
  • Professional Conduct: All partners must maintain a high standard of professionalism and deliver services as advertised.
  • Compliance: Partners must adhere to all local laws, including health and safety regulations.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations will be managed through the admin panel and a fine of Rs. 50 per session will be applied as cancellation charges.

4. Bookings & Scheduling

  • Availability Management: Partners must update their availability to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Session Changes: Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance to avoid inconveniencing clients.
  • Holidays: Creating a holiday temporarily blocks slots for a specific day. Holidays can only be created if no bookings exist on the selected date(s). If bookings exist, a holiday cannot be created for that date. If you need assistance with marking a holiday, please reach out to support for help.

5. User Data & Privacy

  • Data Collection: KiddeBudde collects necessary personal and business data to facilitate transactions and improve the platform.
  • Data Security: We implement robust security measures to protect partner and client data.
  • Privacy Policy Compliance: Partners must respect user privacy and not misuse personal data.

6. Prohibited Activities Partners are strictly prohibited from:

  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or unfair pricing practices.
  • Discriminating against clients based on race, gender, religion, or other protected attributes.
  • Using the platform for any illegal activities.

7. Account Suspension & Termination KiddeBudde reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner’s account in cases of:

  • Violation of terms and conditions.
  • Repeated complaints or negative feedback.
  • Fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • KiddeBudde is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred to partners due to cancellations, no-shows, or client disputes.
  • The platform provides a marketplace for coaching and venue bookings making revenue for your business.

9. Amendments to Terms

KiddeBudde reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
